About This Tournament
Minnesota’s 2026 state-sanctioned pickleball circuit (managed by Minnesota Pickleball under Minnesota Parks & Recreation) offers inclusive local tournaments priced at $35 with 30 divisions: Men’s/Women’s/Mixed doubles at 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and Open, split into age groups 49 & under and 50+. The 2026 Minnesota sanctioned state tournament is Aug 27–30 in Maple Grove; Tier-1 events qualify the top 4 teams (8 individual spots) and Tier-2 the top 3 teams (6 spots), players earn seeding points, light snacks/water are provided (no alcohol on public courts), and both partners must register/pay within 5 days or the team goes to the waitlist.
